At each follow-up, we talk about what’s working (and what isn’t), then gently tweak your plan as your body starts to respond.
You stay in control — my role is to guide, support and encourage you with clear explanations and practical ideas you can actually use.
What working together looks like
Sessions are held in person or online, so you can work with me from home — curled up on the sofa with a cup of tea — wherever you are in the UK (or beyond).
We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with encouragement and accountability along the way.
What is naturopathic health coaching?
Naturopathic health coaching combines the principles of naturopathic medicine — food as nourishment, lifestyle, nervous system support and the body’s natural ability to heal — with the practical tools of coaching.
Instead of only chasing symptoms, we look at the bigger picture of what’s going on in your body and your life. Together, we explore how your nutrition, stress levels, sleep, hormones, gut health and daily habits may be contributing to how you feel, and then create simple, realistic changes that fit into your everyday routine.
I have a special interest in perimenopause and menopause, but naturopathic health coaching can support women and girls at every stage of life, including:
