I’m Melissa, a naturopathic health coach. I work with women who don’t quite feel like themselves, helping you find steadier energy, clearer thinking, and a kinder way back to your body.
I blend natural foundations real food, better sleep, stress support, and simple strength with kind, practical guidance. Some clients choose HRT or GLP‑1s, some don’t. My role is to help you build the basics that make everything else work better.
Losing my dad at 55 and my mum at 61 changed how I see health. Perimenopause then brought my own wake up call: broken sleep, brain fog, and a body asking me to listen differently. Returning to the basics made the difference, and it’s why I coach the way I do today.
